My daddy used to make this alot when I was living in Virginia my favorite meal of all time thank you brother for your content
Do you wash the smoked meat before cooking with it?
I am so grateful for your channel because you bring back so much of my childhood memories. My dad used to make these all the time. My mouth is watering 🤤
That is some gooooood eatin’!!!! ❤
I grew up on this. Big scoop full over a bed of rice with a side of collards and cornbread. My grandfather had a little jar with green peppers in it that had a tiny hole cut in the top. He’d sprinkle that pepper juice all over that ham and beans. Mama didn’t put celery in it and we just sprikled raw onions on top.
