  1. My mom used to make divinity … I remember her talking about stringing a pearl – Nicole or anyone has anyone else heard this phrase? I couldn’t remember what that meant ..just googled it and it said it was a way to test the temperature visually without a thermometer..too much to explain. Just google it!
